Position: Administration Intern

Role Overview:
We are looking for an Administration Intern with excellent communication skills and a background in hotel management to assist in the day-to-day administrative operations at Attero. The ideal candidate will have previous internship experience in administration, be proficient in data entry, presentation preparation, and be ready to handle a variety of ad hoc tasks. You will work closely with the administration team to help streamline office efficiency and support our organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist in organizing and maintaining office operations to ensure smooth daily activities.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter data into company systems and ensure proper record-keeping and filing of documents.
- Presentation Preparation: Create professional presentations, reports, and materials for internal meetings, events, and company conferences.
- Communication: Utilize your strong verbal and written communication skills to handle email correspondence, phone calls, and maintain internal communication between teams.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating events for management and team members.
- Documentation & Filing: Ensure digital and physical files are well-organized, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Office Maintenance: Help maintain a productive and organized office environment by assisting with general office upkeep.
Qualifications:
- Education: Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Tier 2 hotel management college, with a strong emphasis on administration and communication skills.
- Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
