Job Summary

We are looking for a performance-oriented and analytically strong Associate Manager – Marketing to drive and scale our digital acquisition and retention initiatives across Selsmart and MetalMandi. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle management, and data-led decision-making.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, can think strategically, and execute with precision.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Digital Marketing

●     Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels
●     Manage and scale Retention Marketing initiatives including CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and re-engagement campaigns
●     Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve ROI, CAC, and LTV
●     Work closely with agencies and internal teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with business goals

Analytics & Business Understanding

●     Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and cohort data to identify growth opportunities
●     Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and marketing efficiency
●     Apply strong business acumen to align marketing strategies with revenue and growth objectives

Strategy & Execution

●     Support marketing strategy development for D2C & B2B initiatives and brand-led campaigns
●     Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure
●     Identify new growth channels, tools, and marketing innovations

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

●     Coordinate with internal teams including product, sales, tech, and operations
●     Communicate insights, results, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders

Key Requirements

Education & Background

●     MBA in Marketing / Business Management from a reputed institute
●     Strong academic and professional background

Experience

●     5–6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with B2C companies
●     Proven experience in managing performance marketing and retention channels
●     Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools, and CRM platforms

Skills & Competencies

●     Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
●     Excellent understanding of business fundamentals and customer lifecycle
●     Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
●     Excellent written and verbal communication skills
