Operations Intern
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Business Operations Team in day-to-day coordination of order processing,
tracking, and reporting.
• Assist in preparing daily and weekly performance dashboards for management review.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Support) to ensure
smooth order execution.
• Track order accuracy, timelines, and escalations; follow up for closure with concerned
stakeholders.
• Help in process documentation and standardization of operational workflows.
• Analyse data to identify process gaps or improvement opportunities.
• Support in maintaining compliance with internal SOPs and reporting requirements.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of dashboard is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
