Production Planning: Develop long-term and short-term production plans in line with sales demand and plant capacity.
Metal Balance & Tracking: Monitor the material balance across the smelter, refinery, and continuous cast rod (CCR) plants, ensuring minimal losses.
Inventory Management: Manage day-to-day inventory, tracking raw material (concentrate/scrap) levels, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods to prevent bottlenecks.
SAP/ERP Utilization: Utilize SAP (PP Module, S4HANA) for production orders, material requirement planning (MRP), and data analysis.
Process Efficiency: Analyze plant KPIs (OEE, cycle time, takt time) to improve throughput and minimize waste.
Coordination: Act as a central link between Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales departments.
Reporting: Prepare daily/monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and performance dashboards for senior management.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety standards and labor laws.
