1. Program Development & New Opportunity
    • Exploration Identify and execute strategic programs that expand the ITAD business beyond traditional B2B sales—e.g.,: ITAD through co-branded programs with OEMs, distributors, or logistics companies
    • Partnership-led sourcing models (e-waste aggregators, infra service providers, coworking spaces

2. Price Benchmarking
    • Track pricing benchmarks (per KG/Device) and recommend optimization strategies
    • Manage relations with Trade network for sale of devices and also price updating in the back-end systems.
    • Keeping the backend tools updated with specification/model-wise and brand-wise prices

3. Data Analytics & Business Reporting
    • Own national-level dashboards for:
    • Sales funnel (by region, vertical, and stage)
    • Volume metrics (MTs, device categories)
    • Revenue vs Targets
    • Partner performance (for outsourced collections, channel)
    • Operational SLAs (pickup to payment TATs)
    • Provide actionable insights to the National Head for weekly/monthly reviews.

4. Sales Enablement & Day-to-Day Ops
    • Proposal/quote generation - Pricing support for the team.
    • Documentation & coordination
    • Tender and RFP support
    • Customer onboarding paperwork
    • Create SOPs and SLAs to ensure speed and accuracy across proposal generation, data reporting, and handover to Ops/Finance.
    • Act as SPOC for backend coordination with Ops, Finance, Legal, and other interdepartmental co-ordination.
