Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to lead Attero's organic search growth across all business verticals, including E-waste Recycling, Battery Recycling, Critical Minerals Recovery, EPR/ITAD, and B2B Copper Products.
This role will be responsible for improving Attero's search visibility for high-intent keywords, driving qualified organic traffic, and generating inbound business enquiries. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, backlink acquisition, and performance analytics, with experience working on B2B or manufacturing-focused websites.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Content, Product, and Development teams to build a scalable organic growth strategy while staying ahead of evolving search engine algorithms and AI-driven search experiences.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility across all business verticals.
- Perform extensive keyword research and mapping aligned with business objectives and customer search intent.
- Identify high-value keyword opportunities for service pages, product pages, blogs, and landing pages.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and monitor emerging search trends within the recycling, sustainability, manufacturing, and critical minerals sectors.
Technical SEO
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to:
- Crawlability
- Indexation
- Site Architecture
- XML Sitemaps
- Robots.txt
- Canonicalization
- Schema Markup
- Core Web Vitals
- Page Speed Optimization
- Coordinate with developers to ensure timely implementation of SEO recommendations.
On-Page SEO
- Optimize website content, metadata, URLs, internal linking, headings, and image optimization.
- Ensure all website pages follow SEO best practices.
- Improve content relevance and search visibility across existing pages.
Content SEO
- Work closely with content writers to develop SEO-driven content calendars.
- Prepare content briefs based on keyword opportunities.
- Identify new blog topics and landing pages to improve organic traffic and lead generation.
Off-Page SEO
- Develop and execute ethical white-hat link-building strategies.
- Build high-quality backlinks through:

- Monitor backlink quality and domain authority.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor SEO performance using:

- Recommend improvements based on changing search behavior and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related discipline (preferred).
- 3–5 years of dedicated SEO, AEO & GEO experience with a proven track record of improving keyword rankings and organic traffic.
- Experience working with B2B, Manufacturing, Industrial, Sustainability, Enterprise, or Technology brands is preferred.
