1. Key Account & Partnership Management
- Stakeholder Interaction: Act as the primary interface for Branch Heads, Sales Heads of electronics firms, and large-scale retailers across Kerala.
- Business Reviews: Conduct regular strategic meetings to review program health and resolve grievances with urgency.
- Network Expansion: Aggressively onboard new local retailers and sellers to expand our exchange program coverage.
2. P&L Ownership: Driving Revenue & Efficiency
The efficiency of the logistics chain directly determines the health of the Kerala P&L. You will leverage this operational foundation to achieve:
- Leakage Control: Directly impact the bottom line by identifying and eliminating "operational leakages"—specifically targeting the reduction of theft, transit damage, and logistical delays that erode margins.
- Revenue Optimization: Manage the partner Kerala P&L by balancing the high costs of state-wide logistics with high-volume recovery.
- Localized Growth Schemes: Design and execute Kerala-specific incentive programs. For example, during Onam or other festive seasons, you will launch targeted exchange drives that capitalize on the state's peak consumer spending.
3. Logistics & Hub Operations: The Foundation of Growth
- Localized Logistics Excellence: Work closely with the ground-level logistics team to ensure customer pickups are timely and professional, and we maintain the brand reputation that drives high-volume repeats.
