We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in AWS, CI/CD automation, Jenkins, Docker, Linux, and cloud infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining deployment pipelines, automating infrastructure and application deployments, monitoring production environments, and improving system reliability and scalability.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience with AWS services, Jenkins, Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Linux, and scripting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application build, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and manage Jenkins pipelines using declarative/scripted pipelines.
- Manage AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment environments.
- Automate application deployment across Development, UAT, Staging, and Production environments.
- Build and maintain Docker images and containerized applications.
- Manage Git repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, and release processes.
- Implement infrastructure and deployment automation using Terraform / CloudFormation.

- Configure Linux servers and troubleshoot application/server-level issues.

- Troubleshoot failed builds, deployments, server issues, networking problems, and production incidents.
- Implement security best practices for AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage environment-specific configuration, secrets, and credentials securely.
- Automate repetitive operational activities using Shell/Bash or Python scripting.
- Work closely with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to improve deployment reliability.
- Participate in production support, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization.
- Maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 4-5 years of professional DevOps/Cloud experience.
- Strong practical experience with AWS + Jenkins + CI/CD.
- Good understanding of Linux and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with Docker and Git.
- Good scripting/automation skills.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot production issues.
