Key role on the organization:
1. To execute the project tasks with understanding and coordination of chemists/trainee/supervisor.
2. Sharing, planning of next level on the projects based on the observation and inference from the experience while carrying out experiments with chemist.
3. Support for scale up activities of projects. Review and technical discussion with Manager/Asst. Manager to way forward on projects.
Key result areas
1. Ensure On-time completion of experimental tasks for the R&D projects by coordination with chemist.
2. Verify and support on preparation of documents of experiments on day-to-day basis.
3. Cooperation with the R&D and QC team
