DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and record daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Assist with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance, as applicable.
- Support internal and external audits and provide required financial information.
- Ensure timely filing and maintenance of accounting and taxation records.
- Verify bills, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Assist management with financial analysis and MIS reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
- Co-ordinate with the Head office and the Head of Plant
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s degree or higher in the field of Finance and Accounting.
- Minimum experience of 5 years.
- Preference will be given to the candidates pursuing CA/CA-Inter.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally Prime or similar software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
